Again, a fairly simple task

1. open up a post like this one and
2. add the text you want to use
3. open up the site you want to link to
4. copy the URL (from the address bar)
5. go back to your post
6. select or highlight the text you want to show as a link
7. this will end up blue and underlined when finished
8. click on the chain link icon in the menu bar at the top of the post
9. paste the url you copied earlier
10. click update
11. then save the post
