I had the same problem as you when trying to add the embed code to my existing edublog site. Thought it might be related to templates so created a new site and added the code, changed to my template and it worked perfectly!!!!

The only way I can get it working in my existing site is to copy and paste the kml code from a blog post into a text widget in the sidebar.

A bit messy but the workaround should solve your problem

Thanks for the posting the GCast tutorial and (per James’ recommendation) for contacting GCast regarding a plugin for Edublogs. Wouldn’t that be great to have the GCast upload be as seamless as uploading a non-GCast podcast - with its 10 mb limit.

It shows the buffering but the buffering never ends. One way to check if the file is active -- go into Dashboard, and then into Options, and then AMP (this is where settings for media are located) and click on Enable MP3 download links under the MP3 heading.
